On February 3, 2012, Tara Sansthan built a home for destitute elderly people and named it “Anand Vrudhashram”, a home where there is happiness as per the name, where those who are unhappy with their loved ones and spend the evening of their lives in troubles can find some peace. Started with 25 elderly people and thought will this fill it? But contrary to our expectations, the home filled up very quickly.
With God’s blessings and your love and support, this house kept growing. The only effort was that someone should come with hope and they should not be disappointed just because there is no space in the old age home. Currently, more than 350 elderly people live in the old age homes of Tara Sansthan in Udaipur, Prayagraj and Kashi, but still the space becomes small every time. We leave the answer to this question whether we should be happy with the increase in the number of members in this house or not to you and we try to ensure that no one comes and goes away disappointed.
Many letters, mails and messages come from people wishing to come and live in an old age home, and what if this continues? In response to this, Tara Sansthan has acquired a land measuring 47900 sq. ft. in Udaipur city. The idea is to build an old age home and if possible, the Shikhar Bhargava Public School located in Udaipur should also be located here so that the elderly can also get the happiness of children.
We firmly believe that no matter how much effort a person puts in, success is only achieved with God’s grace. This large-scale project is being undertaken so that in the next 8 to 10 years, no elderly person will have to face disappointment.
